This is a very gentle class suitable for all. Starting with Yoga limbers using somatic micro-movements, therapeutic for the spine, improving joint mobility and tapping deep into the nervous system. Incorporating Pranayama (breathing practice) this deeply soothing class evolves into a slow moving, standing-meditation and completes with a seated meditation.
