About Beam
Beam is a movement studio offering virtual and in-person classes, structured programming, and curated events woven with intentional soundscapes. Each experience is designed to guide you back into the body, spark connection, and leave you radiant.
For the next six months, we are anchored at RASA, our home base where breath, movement, and music converge (on an amazing soundsystem!). Beam is never still—we carry a pop-up spirit, bringing classes to unexpected corners of Singapore: rooftops, hidden studios, and creative spaces, each chosen to awaken curiosity and invite play.
Whether rooted or roaming, Beam is a space to move fluidly—between rhythm and stillness, sound and silence, self and community—always returning to presence, wonder, and the joy of embodiment.
