Join us online for classes with your Yoga Life community! This class moves you through a series of poses that connect breath to movement. Students can expect an emphasis on breathing as you progress through a flowing sequence of poses to help you get out of your head and into your body. Your practice will grow and your sense of peace and balance will be restored as you flow through the yoga postures empowered by your breath. You can expect to have the chance to level up or ground down depending on how you're feeling.

As a reminder: The instructor will email a personal link for you at least 4 hours before class.
