Melinda leads the Barre-less Barre series at Bear River Spa & Yoga. Her classes blend dance-inspired strength, balance, and core work into an empowering full-body experience. With a welcoming approach and modifications throughout, her sessions are ideal for all levels.

Join us for a summer series designed to build strength, stability, and connection — no barre (or dance experience) required.
This 45-minute class blends gentle, dance-inspired movement, core strength, and balance-focused exercises, all set to music in a supportive and welcoming space. Expect flowing sequences, graceful strength, and a feel-good burn.
All levels welcome. Bring a thick mat for floor work, and get ready to move with intention!
This is a donation-based class.
Suggested Donation: $10–$20 per class
Donations can be made in person before or after class. Give what feels comfortable for you.
