Enjoy the benefits of yoga without getting on the floor! Classes will consist of centering, warm-up, stretching/strengthening, and seated relaxation. We'll be mostly seated but stand some for core strengthening and balance work. We move to promote circulation and detoxification - folks feel calm and clear-headed afterwards.
