Description

Only once we are grounded, embodied, nourished and receptive, is it safe to ascend. Udana is all about ascension, ascension towards our highest self, our highest potential, our ultimate home. Udana governs expression and communication, it is the energy we need to use the energy we have cultivated for dharmic embodiment. It is also essential in the remembrance of PURUSHA.

This is an inversions practice, with subtle elements such as Bandha, Mudra, Mantra and Kriya to support the experience.

This practice should definitely be practiced in the morning, and should NOT be practiced if you are pregnant, menstruating, or currently experiencing hot flashes/anxiety. Modify headstand and fish posture if you have a sore neck please.

It is a long practice, give yourself time for the whole thing.
