REMEDIAL - Inner Space Remedial and Relaxation

A relatively gentle practice using some breath-centred movements and joint mobilisation to create a sense of inner space within the body. We also do some balance practice, standing postures and conclude with systematic relaxation. You'll need a block (or two) and a strap for this practice.
