In this practice we do a little less "asana" and a little more "noticing". Through gentle, functional movements (and some asana-type shapes) we balance the prana vayus and prepare for relaxation. This practice peaks with breath training (smooth, deep, balanced, gapless, quiet breathing) in makarasana (or Savasana!)
