A moon practice, using forward folds and twists primarily as a means to encourage diaphragmatic abdominal breath, self-awareness, mental ease and stability. In this practice we focus on Kaya Sthiram (body stability), even breathing (for stability) and ease. Leaning into comfort within discomfort and establishing the witness.
