A classic THY (Tantric Hatha Yoga) practice with elements of Moon and Sun as a way to bring balance to body, nervous system, mind, prana and to harmonise all of these parts of you with Spirit. We begin with Chandra and Surya Bedhana (pranayamas), aharana pranayama kriya meditation and then move into a breath-awareness movement practice before resting and sitting again.
