MEDITATION - Becoming & Being - Sami Karana

In this practice we start with body awareness followed by breath training and Nadi Sodhana. Then we move through a Pratyahara technique called Aharana to prepare for Sami Karana (balancing movement) Kriya. This Kriya enables us to embody our human nature and divine nature, through the spontaneous merging of the energies of being (solar) and becoming (lunar), we remember our innate state of clarity and peace.
