Day 3 of the free meditation series. Today we refine the breath even further, spend more time clearing with Nadi Sodhana variations and create the conditions through Nadi Sodhana (clearing the two main energy channels) and Aharana pranayama (calling the mind back home to the body) to experience sushumna Nadi through Sami Karana Kriya Meditation - which balances the nervous system and at the upward and downward movement of energy within us.
