REMEDIAL - feet, hips & hammies

A mostly floor based practice focusing on the lower limbs - feet, hips and hamstrings. We start with some basic foot anatomy and conversation about why it is important to be strong through your foot range of movement - then we get into some fancy footwork and hip mobility followed by a few standing postures to test out the efficacy of what we've done!
