REMEDIAL - Oh My Quad(s)

A stronger more dynamic remedial practice geared towards quads and the psoas (in the hip flexor family). Tight / weak quads/psoas muscles can lead to restricted breathing. Stretching alone is not always the answer, but mobilising (opening and strengthening) certainly helps.
