Hello there,
I am Elly, thank you for taking time to know me.
A decade ago, at 39yo, I struggled with a body that felt weak and rigid. I started exploring exercises: Yoga, stretching, Hip-hop, Zumba, aerial dance, and all sorts of upside-down stands.
Now, appraching 50yo, I am stronger, more flexible, and healthier than evwr. Furthermore, I have become am a certified coach in Zumba, Aerial Silks, and Aerial Hoop, with 3+ years of teaching experience.
What makes my classes different? I bridge the gap between the body and the mind. By integrating my psychology background into my coaching, I help my students overcome their physical and mental limitations. My goal is to help you achieve a powerful, upright posture and the unwavering self-confidence.

Many people believe that stretching is simply about "pain" and "pushing down."
In my Strength & Stretch class, we aim to shatter this myth. We transition from passive to active stretching, training your brain and muscles to exert power while in an elongated state. By strengthening your deep core, we ensure you aren't just "flexible," but truly "resilient."
"A seated split is a gift from gravity, but a standing split is the manifestation of physical freedom."
No matter your age or how stiff you may feel, I will be by your side. We will start with self-awareness and step-by-step, cultivate that upright posture and inner confidence that radiates from within.
