Personal Introduction|
Yoga has been part of my life since my teenage years. What began as a physical practice gradually evolved after I experienced yoga culture in Portland—where yoga is naturally integrated into daily life, decision-making, work, and relationships.
Coming from a background in data science and AI innovation, and working closely with engineers and entrepreneurs, I focus on applying yoga philosophy beyond the mat—especially in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
Through trauma-informed practices, I guide students to work with their nervous system through breath, awareness, and choice, cultivating stability, clarity, and resilience in everyday life.
