Through practice, yoga became a way for me to reconnect with calm, balance, and myself. After completing my RYT 200 in 2021, I continued studying Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, anatomy, and yoga wheel.
I now focus on mindful movement and yoga wheel practice, sharing the joy and clarity yoga has brought into my life. 我在 COVID-19 期間擔任空服員時,經歷了情緒動盪,也是在那段時間與瑜伽相遇。
透過持續的練習,瑜伽成為我重新找回平靜、平衡與自我連結的方式。 在 2021 年完成 RYT 200 師資培訓後,我持續進修陰瑜伽、瑜伽睡眠(Yoga Nidra)、解剖學與瑜伽輪,目前專注於覺知動作與瑜伽輪練習,分享瑜伽帶給我的喜悅與清晰,也陪伴更多人回到身體與自己。
