I’m drawn to yoga for its variety, the mind-body connection, and the way it helps me stretch, release, and feel lighter.

A gentle stretching class to safely release tension over shoulders and legs in a slower pace.
緩慢溫和地伸展與放鬆,安全舒展雙肩與雙腿、釋放緊繃。
🌟If cancellation is needed, we kindly ask that you cancel at least 12 hours before class so another student may take the spot. Late cancellations or no-shows will count as a used class.
