Located in the heart of Noosa Junction, Ashtanga Yoga Belaku is a dedicated space for traditional Ashtanga Yoga practice. “Belaku” means light in Kannada, a nod to both the illuminating power of daily practice and the bright, sun-filled land we live on.
Our Offering
We offer morning and evening Mysore classes Monday to Friday and Led Primary on Saturdays. All levels are welcome.
Our Mission
At Belaku, our intention is to offer a supportive, steady space for students to connect with themselves through breath, movement, and discipline. Whether you're beginning or deepening your practice, you'll be met with personal guidance and respect for where you are.
