I’m a wife and mother of 3 high energy kiddos, two boys and a girl. I began practicing yoga 11 years ago right before I became pregnant with my daughter. I 100% believe yoga helped me have an easy pregnancy and delivery not once, but twice. I received my yoga certification in 2019 with a background in Hatha and Ashtanga. Yoga keeps me grounded and allows the peace from above to enter. Outside of yoga I enjoy the beach, working within the furniture industry, traveling, and listening to live music. I love to be in nature and around animals along with meeting new and interesting people! Yoga has been my go to when the winds of change take place or when I simply need a quiet moment to breathe. Welcome to Tuesday! Let's start our day waking up the body with a Vinyasa flow, breathwork and meditation that will improve our focus and concentration, increase our energy, strength and flexibility and will give us the bonus of dopamine and endorphins, our feel-good hormones. Perfect for all levels of yoga experience.
