I’m a wife and mother of 3 high energy kiddos, two boys and a girl. I began practicing yoga 11 years ago right before I became pregnant with my daughter. I 100% believe yoga helped me have an easy pregnancy and delivery not once, but twice. I received my yoga certification in 2019 with a background in Hatha and Ashtanga. Yoga keeps me grounded and allows the peace from above to enter. Outside of yoga I enjoy the beach, working within the furniture industry, traveling, and listening to live music. I love to be in nature and around animals along with meeting new and interesting people! Yoga has been my go to when the winds of change take place or when I simply need a quiet moment to breathe. 🌙 Join us for an all levels 60 minutes Wind-Up Strong Flow. We'll begin with breathwork, gradually building heat and momentum through a strong, steady flow to energize the body. We'll then slow things down and settle into a sweet savasana. This midweek class is designed to help you sustain your energy and feel strong and recharged as you move through the rest of the week.
