Dr. Wendy Parrell spent most of her life doing, achieving while trying to figure out how to be less drained and more peaceful which motivated her to explore meditation and Qi Gong. In the past Dr. Wendy spent 20 years in the air force. worked in stressful corporations as an educator and executive coach, raised a family and received her doctorate which helped her understand the importance of balance and self-care. Since 2014, Dr Wendy spends her time as an Empowerment Coach and meditation instructor, offering guided meditations and Qi Gong practices that reduce monkey brain noise, stress, and anxiety while relaxing the mind and body into stillness and inner peace.

Description

Step into a space of calm and renewal with Wendy’s Qigong class. Qi Gong is a simple practice for children and adults into their late 90’s who want to improve vitality, sleep better, reduce stress and anxiety.
Paired with easy arm movements, a few breaths, followed by a deep sigh of relief, helps the body release built up tension. Stress in the body often shows up as discomfort in the back, neck and chest.
We all are experiencing the intensity of change and feeling discomfort and Qi Gong is an easy way manage life’s stressors.
