I’m a wife and mother of 3 high energy kiddos, two boys and a girl. I began practicing yoga 11 years ago right before I became pregnant with my daughter. I 100% believe yoga helped me have an easy pregnancy and delivery not once, but twice. I received my yoga certification in 2019 with a background in Hatha and Ashtanga. Yoga keeps me grounded and allows the peace from above to enter. Outside of yoga I enjoy the beach, working within the furniture industry, traveling, and listening to live music. I love to be in nature and around animals along with meeting new and interesting people! Yoga has been my go to when the winds of change take place or when I simply need a quiet moment to breathe. Our new Yoga Basics Program was thoughtfully created for beginners or anyone wanting to reconnect with foundational movement, breathwork, alignment, and mindfulness in a supportive, welcoming space.
Over the course of 4 weeks, we’ll slow things down, break poses down step-by-step, answer questions, and help you build confidence both on and off the mat. No experience, flexibility, or “being good at yoga” required — just a willingness to begin. 🌿
This is more than a class. It’s an opportunity to feel grounded, connected, and supported as you start (or restart) your yoga journey.
