Jessica Himes
Jessica Himes is a versatile performing artist specializing in dance, choreography, vocal performance, and theater. With over thirteen years of training and experience, she brings a strong foundation in technique, artistry, and professionalism to her work. She holds a B.A. in Dance Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
As an instructor, Jessica leads Cardio Fitness, a high-energy class designed to strengthen the body, increase stamina, and promote overall wellness. Her approach emphasizes both physical conditioning and an engaging, supportive environment.
Outside of her professional work, Jessica enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and reading!
