birdsong yoga is an intimate yoga studio, in a garden setting in Fleet, Hampshire, run by local teacher Laurie Dennard, offering classes which are designed to make you feel welcome whatever stage you’re at on your yoga journey. With classes of just six students everyone can feel supported and develop their own practise.
