Women's Yoga: Jan-Feb term

Description
These classes combine movement, breath and core strength exercises with a complete yoga Nidra practice. Move your body to release the week’s stresses and deeply relax to restore your energy. Suitable for all women: mums more than 6 months post-natal, people who have never had a baby, those with grown up babies – all are welcome!
This term classes will run on:
TUESDAY 2ND, 9TH, 16TH AND 23RD JAN and then switch to Thursdays - THURS 1ST AND 8TH FEB.
You can book the 6 week term which will cover all these dates, or just the 4 Tuesdays.
(NB as I am on call for a doula and may be one call for a client in part of this term, please also reserve Thurs 15th February in your diary in case of a class cancellation)
