Women's Yoga - Release and Restore: April-May term

5 week term.
These classes combine movement, breath and core strength exercises with a complete yoga Nidra practice. We start with a brief women's circle to share what is coming up for you this week. Then, move your body to release the week’s stresses and deeply relax to restore your energy. Suitable for all women: mums more than 6 months post-natal, people who have never had a baby, those with grown up babies – all are welcome!
