Description

Move, breathe and relax to reconnect with your core and pelvic floor, ease post natal aches and pains and recharge your energy. Bring baby along - classes focus on movement for mums, but include a bit of baby yoga and baby massage too, as required.

Suitable from 6-8weeks post natal, until crawling. Equipment provided, though you are welcome to bring whatever you need for baby. All is welcome in the space - feeding with breasts or bottles, sleeping, crying (either of you!), nappy changes etc.

PLEASE NOTE:
When buying class pass bundles, 5 class packages have a 6 week expiry and 10 class packages have a 12 week expiry. It is your responsibility to use the credits within the allotted time frame, packages will not be extended (unless I have had a class cancellation arise from my end). We suggest booking in for the sessions you plan to attend when you purchase your class pass to guarantee your space.
We have a 12 hour class cancellation policy - any classes cancelled within that time or missed will be charged as if attended.
