Description

Move, breathe and relax to reconnect with your core and pelvic floor, ease post natal aches and pains and recharge your energy. Bring baby along - classes focus on movement for mums, but include a bit of baby yoga and baby massage too, as required.

Suitable from 6-8weeks post natal, until crawling. Equipment provided, though you are welcome to bring whatever you need for baby. All is welcome in the space - feeding with breasts or bottles, sleeping, crying (either of you!), nappy changes etc.

PLEASE NOTE:
As I also work as a doula and have periods of time 'on call' for birth, please also reserve 18/2/26 in your diary as a 'catch up' session, if required.

Bookings are for the complete term. Missed sessions are non-refundable (unless I have had a class cancellation arise from my end) because you receive a discount for your regular commitment.
If you have class credits left over from pregnancy yoga, contact Kim to have these discounted from the term booking investment.

Individual session booking may be opened later in the term, subject to availability.
