This practice provides an environment where we can spend time nourishing the deeper layers of the body and energy meridians, while incorporating mindfulness practices to support calming of the mind and nervous system. During the introduction to the class, we learn more about variations of the poses that will target and honor your individual body needs. There is additional instruction on the theming of the class and background of the pose or the target area. This class will be suited to my therapeutic students as well. Props provided.
