Gentle Hatha: In this class, static postures are sequenced in a way that gives emphasis to one posture at a time. This class is for beginners as well as experienced students who prefer a more gentle approach to yoga

Therapeutic: A class that promotes self-healing, a movement based practice for those recovering from an injury, or dealing with chronic health challenges. Each student is given personal attention with adaptations and adjustments according to individual needs for a safe practice. Our intention is to help you feel stronger, more energetic, hopeful, and relaxed

Yin: Yin is a quiet practice. It consists of floor-supported postures that are held for a minimum of two minutes to improve joint mobility, circulation, and flexibility, especially in the spine and hips. This practice prepares both the body and the mind for deeper experiences in meditation. It is a great compliment to the more active styles of yoga and your active life!

Community Saturday: We will take a break in August so that I can have my weekends off. We will have Saturdays back again in September.
