A safe yet challenging class that that accommodates a wide range of experience levels, working on stability, strength and flexibility. Relaxation is incorporated at the end of every class to leave you feeling recharged and connected.

Beginning students often share common challenges. These may include physical limitations such as tight hamstrings and hips, weak back muscles, and lack of core strength. This class features in-depth information on the principals of yoga, modifications for specific poses and innovative uses of props. Also the philosophy of yoga will be introduced for our own well-being.

Tired, achy feet? It’s easy to forget about our feet which are the foundations of practically everything we do. This class is dedicated to shifting our focus to foot placement, giving our feet the attention they need. Using standing poses of yoga to build strength and yoga stretches to relieve tight muscles, lignments and tendons.

Yoga and resistance training are wonderful options on their own to move and strengthen your body. Here we build strength and add diversify with a focus on your form for each exercise. Understanding of the correct techniques when using weights to prevent injury, let's take our time setting up the proper alignment and use some hand weights to give our muscles a little extra challenge without being hard on the joints. Yin is a slow-paced and gentle style of yoga that works with very basic postures to increase mobility, mobilize, stretch, and hydrate the body’s extensive fascial network. Yin invites the practitioner into a soft meditative place.
This basic practice has only a handful of postures that are assisted by yoga props to support the body’s joints.

A gentle, beginner friendly class combines active Yang and passive Yin Yoga. We’ll start with 15 minutes of yin and move into a gentle flow to then transition into yin again. Find your balance inside and out, leave feeling good!
