Bodhi Yoga Center General Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Bodhi Yoga Center. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use our services.

Bodhi Yoga Center provides a range of yoga and wellness services, including but not limited to yoga classes, workshops, retreats, and teacher training programs.

4. Payment Policy
Fees for our services are due at the time of registration or as otherwise indicated. We accept various forms of payment, which are specified at the time of purchase.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Generally, guests can cancel a booking at least 2 hours before the class starts to get a full refund on their class credit. If a guest cancels after that, the class credit shall be forfeited.
6. Health and Safety
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically and physically fit to partake in our services. We recommend consulting with a healthcare provider before engaging in any physical activity. Please inform instructors of any health concerns or injuries before class.
7. Liability Waiver
By participating in any activity at Bodhi Yoga Center, you agree that you do so at your own risk and waive any claims against Bodhi Yoga Center and its instructors for any injury or harm that may occur.
8. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to respect the peaceful environment of the center, its staff, and fellow participants. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the class or program.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
The content provided during our services, including materials, methodologies, and techniques, are the property of Bodhi Yoga Center and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
10. Changes to Services and Prices
Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. Bodhi Yoga Center reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
