At the start of the session, helpful bonus recommendations on using an acupressure mat and pillow are shared. While these tools are introduced, some of the exercises in this session used only a yoga block and optional modifications using a strap to enhance accessibility is being mentioned.
The class begins with stretching in standing positions to awaken the body, but the majority of the practice takes place on the floor, targeting the core, hips, legs, and back with engaging and restorative movements.
Throughout this session, you're also coached with tips on overcoming resistance and embracing being in the flow, offering insights that can enrich both your practice and daily life.
