Description

Hatha Yoga is an ancient yogic practice designed to balance the feminine and masculine energies within us often referred to as the moon and sun energies, or ida and pingala in Sanskrit.

Throughout the day,
we often remain unaware of our body postures,
leading to imbalances without us even realizing it.

Our physical alignment greatly influences
our body’s range of movement.
And our body, in turn, impacts our energetic field.

Energy is our most precious frequency
it’s how we attract everything into our lives.

At Breathflow Yoga & Meditation Studio,
we offer an intimate space with a limited number of participants per class. This allows each individual to receive personalized alignment and attention.

Our classes are ideal for both beginners and intermediate practitioners, as the teacher provides a variety of options to suit every level.

All classes begin and end with meditation, creating a complete and mindful practice.
