Description
Hatha Yoga is a traditional branch of yoga that focuses on balancing the mind and body through physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation. The word “Hatha” combines “Ha” (sun) and “Tha” (moon), symbolizing the union of opposites to create balance and harmony.
