With slow, mindful movements, longer holds, and plenty of options and support, Gentle Yoga creates a safe space to release tension, improve mobility, and restore balance from the inside out. It’s perfect for beginners, those healing from stress or injury, or anyone craving a softer, more intuitive approach to movement.
