This morning Yin yoga class is an invitation to slow down before the world speeds up. Through long-held, floor-based postures, we gently open the body, hydrate the fascia, and create space in the hips, spine, and shoulders areas where we often hold tension from sleep or stress.
Practicing Yin first thing in the morning is like giving your body and soul a deep exhale. Instead of rushing into your day, you’ll ease into it, tuning into your breath, grounding your energy, and reconnecting with yourself before the noise begins.
