Deep Relaxation Yin Yoga is an evening sanctuary a slow, grounding practice that invites you to melt into stillness and let the day gently fade away.
Through long-held, supported postures and deep, mindful breathing, Yin Yoga works into the connective tissues, gently opening the body and calming the nervous system. Each pose becomes a doorway to presence, inviting you to release tension not just physically, but emotionally and energetically.
