Description
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic and physically demanding style of yoga that links breath with movement in a set sequence of postures. Rooted in the teachings of Pattabhi Jois, this practice consists of six series, starting with the foundational Primary Series (Yoga Chikitsa), which detoxifies and aligns the body.
Each class follows a flowing structure (vinyasa), emphasizing strength, flexibility, and focus. The practice combines physical discipline with meditative awareness, fostering both inner and outer transformation. It’s ideal for those seeking a structured, vigorous practice.

We begin slowly, building awareness and warming up the body. As we move through Sun Salutations A and B, the practice intensifies, inviting you to meet your physical and mental boundaries. Transitioning from standing to seated postures, you’ll experience a meditative rhythm as breath and movement unite.
The session concludes with power breathing techniques, designed to cleanse and balance your energy, leaving you feeling grounded, invigorated, and deeply connected to your inner strength.
