Meet the Teacher: Jenneth “J” Tabada

J is a passionate yoga practitioner and fitness enthusiast dedicated to helping others discover the transformative power of Yoga and Mat Pilates. Her journey began 14 years ago with a simple goal of becoming flexible yet it soon unfolded into a life-altering path of self-discovery. Inspired by the profound benefits of mindful movement and breathwork, J pursued certification in Mat Pilates to further expand her practice. She believes that Yoga and Pilates extend far beyond the mat, serving as personal journeys toward holistic wellness. With warmth and dedication, J guides her students to explore their unique paths to strength, balance, and well-being.
