Vision
To be the Philippines’ leading sanctuary for self-mastery and soulful living
expanding globally as a premier lifestyle and wellness movement.
Breathflow envisions a world where every human is empowered to return home to themselves, regulate their nervous system, and lead from inner sovereignty. By weaving together ancient wisdom, modern practices, and luxury experiences, we aspire to redefine what it means to be healthy, wealthy, and deeply alive.
Mission
Founded by Joanne Genoza in December 2024, Breathflow exists to guide individuals and communities into profound transformation through yoga, meditation, breathwork, and curated workshops.
Our mission is to:
• Empower self-leadership: helping people embody strength, presence, and confidence.
• Cultivate deep connection: within self, with others, and with life.
• Elevate lifestyle wellness: by offering premium, intentional spaces and programs that inspire clarity, vitality, and freedom.
Every class, circle, and gathering is designed as an invitation
an entry point into a more radiant, conscious, and sovereign way of being.
Description
Restorative Yin Yoga is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself. Unlike dynamic practices, this class focuses on long-held, gentle postures supported by props to release tension deep within the body and calm the nervous system. Each pose is designed to open energy pathways, hydrate the fascia, and invite deep relaxation, allowing your body to restore its natural balance.
In the stillness of Yin, your mind learns to let go, your breath deepens, and your body unwinds layers of stress and fatigue. This is the yoga of presence, patience, and surrender
a practice that nourishes not just the body, but also the heart and spirit.
Perfect for anyone seeking deep rest, stress relief, emotional release, and a safe space to come home to themselves.
Meet the Teacher: Nick
Nick discovered his love for yoga in 2024 and has been deeply committed to his practice ever since. As his journey unfolded, he began teaching community classes and was honored to be selected as a Yoga Teacher Training scholar at Community Fitness in Pasig City.
Motivated by his passion to make yoga accessible to all, Nick founded Namaste, Nick in February 2025, creating a welcoming space for people from all walks of life. In April 2025, he completed his 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, further honing his skills in Vinyasa with a focus on deep stretches, strength-building, Restorative Yoga, Breathwork, and Meditation.
Nick’s classes are thoughtfully designed to cultivate mindfulness, resilience, and meaningful connection both on and beyond the mat.
