Description
Balancing Yoga is a steady and mindful practice rooted in the foundations of Hatha Yoga, designed to align body, mind, and breath. This class focuses on cultivating balance not only in your physical postures, but also in your inner world. Through a combination of grounding asanas, intentional breathing, and gentle holds, you’ll strengthen your core, improve stability, and enhance flexibility.
As you flow through each sequence, you’ll learn how balance is not about perfection, but presence finding stillness in motion and calm in challenge. This practice supports nervous system regulation, builds concentration, and helps release tension, leaving you feeling centered, resilient, and at ease.

Joanne Genoza is the visionary founder of Breathflow, a premium wellness and personal mastery studio in Makati. With years of experience teaching yoga, meditation, and breathwork across Asia including India, Thailand, Cambodia, and Hong Kong. Joanne brings depth, warmth, and presence to her classes. A Reiki Master and global life coach, she guides her students to not only build strength in their bodies but also reconnect with their inner clarity, courage, and calm.
