Yogic Sleep, also known as Yoga Nidra, is the ancient art of conscious relaxation a guided journey where the body surrenders into deep rest while the mind stays awake and aware. With nearly a decade of experience teaching across Asia from India to Thailand to Hong Kong she is a global life coach, yoga and meditation teacher, and Reiki Master. Through Breathflow, Joanne has created a sanctuary where individuals can heal, expand, and embody their highest potential. Her teachings weave together breath, movement, and energy work to guide people back home to themselves with presence, power, and heart.
