At the end of each month, we conclude the class with a brief meditation and a longer relaxation.
You are always welcome to ask questions about your practice.

To begin, settle in, tune into your breath, and set your intention.
Then, flow gently to warm and energise the whole body, holding some postures for a little longer to invite stability, strength and opening.
Finish with a blissful relaxation.

Suitable for students with some prior experience of Yoga.
