Description
Yoga Shred, developed by Sadie Nardini, is a dynamic fusion of yoga and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, increase strength, burn fat, and optimize overall health. We gain maximum results in 20 minutes of exercise with a 5 minute warm-up and 5 minute cool down.
