Our Active Led Ashtanga half primary series yoga class is a 60-minute session guiding you through all 3 planes of movement, synchronizing movement with breath, a true moving meditation. Ashtanga is a wonderful way to gain more strength and flexibility and is suitable for beginners, being led by our experienced instructor in a calming environment. This class is taught in the traditional way, guided in Sanskrit (English translation provided).
