Our YOGA - RESET class is a 60-minute session designed to help your mind and body recover from the and reset for the new week ahead. This class promotes pure relaxation starting with focused breathwork, then transitioning into a nurturing flow encompassing alignment, tension release and deep stretches. A real opportunity to escape everything outside of the mat and focus on the body and the breath. This class is perfect for everybody and is held in a safe and calming environment focusing on all of the five senses. Led by our experienced instructors this class is ideal for anyone looking to begin their yoga journey or for those looking to just escape and unwind.
