In this Vinyasa Yoga class, we will work dynamically with conscious alignment and the fluid connection between asanas, integrating breath and movement into a continuous and balanced practice.
We will explore transitions as a fundamental part of the practice, understanding that what matters is not only the final posture, but also the path we take to arrive there.
