Movement through yoga, guided meditation, and reflective exercises will help you move into the new year ahead with intentions you will actually build on, rather than new year's resolutions that have fallen apart by February.

All yoga mats, props and blankets are provided (bring your own if you prefer). All levels of knowledge and ability are welcome; I will guide you through the every practice.
