As Spring gets into gear, we will be working with increasing energy levels and intentional movement to support your goals for the rest of the year. All levels and bodies are welcome (including men!), all props and blankets are provided at the studio but you are welcome to bring your own if preferred.

These are small group sessions with a focus on breathwork, mindful yoga asana (poses), a bit of fun, guided meditation and at least 10 minutes of yoga nidra (deep rest).
